Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp celery seed or 1 small green apple julienned

Instructions
 

  • Add shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions to a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat.
  • Chill for 15–30 minutes to enhance the flavor (optional).
  • Serve cold, garnished with extra green onions if desired.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use vegan mayo.
Add a splash of lemon juice for extra tang.
Try sunflower seeds or almonds for extra crunch.
Best eaten within 3–4 days.
