  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp melted butter or oil

Instructions
 

Prepare the Batter:

  • In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth but avoid overmixing.

Heat the Griddle:

  • Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan to medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
