Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chicken cooked and diced

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fresh herbs chopped parsley or dill
  • 1/4 cup apples diced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped celery, and mayonnaise until well mixed.
  • Stir in the fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix in the diced apples if using for added sweetness.
