This is my go-to Broccoli Salad that's perfect for gatherings! It comes together quickly, combining crisp broccoli with smoky bacon, tangy onion, nutty almonds, and sweet cranberries. The dressing is a simple blend that adds just the right touch of creaminess.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 1/3 lbs broccoli florets finely chopped
  • 8 slices crispy cooked turkey bacon chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together the broccoli, turkey bacon, red onion, cranberries, and walnuts.
  • Pour the creamy dressing over the salad mixture, stirring gently to ensure even coating. Chill covered for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

This Broccoli Salad is a delightful mix of flavors and textures. Perfect for any occasion, it's best made ahead to let the flavors meld together. The optional addition of walnuts adds a nice crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
