Step 1: Prepare the Bread Cut the crusts off each slice of bread to create a soft, even texture.
Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice until it is thin but not breaking.
Step 2: Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Filling In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
Spread a thin, even layer of the cinnamon mixture over each flattened bread slice, leaving a small border around the edges.
Step 3: Roll and Seal the Roll-Ups Roll each slice into a tight log shape , pressing gently to keep it sealed.
If needed, brush the seam with melted butter to help it stay closed.
Step 4: Prepare the French Toast Coating In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Quickly dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated but not oversoaked .
Step 5: Cook Until Golden Brown Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 2-3 tbsp of butter .
Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side , rotating until they are golden brown on all sides .
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy! Remove from heat and place on a plate.
Dust with powdered sugar , drizzle with maple syrup , or serve with cream cheese frosting for an extra indulgence.

Bread Choice: Soft white bread works best, but whole wheat or brioche can be used for a different texture.
Make Ahead: You can prepare the roll-ups in advance, refrigerate them overnight, and cook them fresh in the morning.
Reheating Tips: To maintain crispiness, reheat in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or in an air fryer for 3-5 minutes .
