Wet Ingredients

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and sugar.

Final Combination

  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix until just combined.

  • Transfer to a greased pudding basin and steam for 5 hours.

Notes
