Ingredients
  

Crostini

  • 1 12-ounce baguette sliced into 24 rounds
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil for brushing

Topping

  • 6 ounces sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces goat cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Crostini

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  • Bake for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

Topping

  • In a medium bowl, stir together sun-dried tomato pesto, cream cheese, goat cheese, Parmesan, basil, and pepper until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture over warm crostini and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, slice the baguette on a slight diagonal. Ensure cheeses are at room temperature to achieve a silky blend.
Store toasted crostini at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 1 day and the topping in the fridge for up to 2 days. Combine just before serving.
