Instructions
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
Remove from heat and add dark chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Mix in raspberry puree until well combined.
Refrigerate mixture for about 1 hour until firm.
Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Chill for a more solid texture.
