Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup raspberry puree
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
  • Remove from heat and add dark chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  • Mix in raspberry puree until well combined.
  • Refrigerate mixture for about 1 hour until firm.
  • Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  • Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Chill for a more solid texture.
