Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chocolate chip cookie crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1.5 quarts cookie dough ice cream softened
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup large chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup edible chocolate chip cookie dough balls

Optional: whipped topping or extra ice cream scoops for garnish

Optional: chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Spread half of the softened cookie dough ice cream over the crust. Smooth evenly.
  • Sprinkle half the mini chocolate chips and cookie dough balls on top.
  • Add remaining ice cream, smooth out the top, and sprinkle with remaining chips and cookie dough pieces.
  • Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until firm.
  • Before serving, top with optional whipped cream, extra scoops, and chocolate drizzle if desired. Slice and enjoy!

Use gluten-free or dairy-free alternatives if needed.
Let cake sit out for 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
