2cans15 oz / 425 g each kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1cupbeef or chicken brothoptional, for thinner chilli

Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add ground meat, breaking it up, and cook until browned.
Stir in chilli powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add crushed tomatoes and kidney beans, stirring to combine.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
