- 1 cup onion diced
- 2 poblano peppers diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
