Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll pizza dough into a 12×16-inch triangle on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Assemble and Bake
Brush garlic-butter mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
Using a sharp knife, cut 1-inch strips along each side, stopping 1 inch from the centerline.
Twist each strip two to three times, tucking the ends under the base to hold shape.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the bread is golden and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, sprinkle parsley on top, and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chilling the shaped tree for 5 minutes makes twisting cleaner and prevents sagging.Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze wrapped in foil for up to 2 months.Reheat in a 325°F oven until warmed through to restore crisp edges.
