Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup croutons homemade or store-bought
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for croutons, if making fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional, for croutons)
  • Pinch of black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry.
  • (Optional croutons) Toss bread cubes with olive oil and garlic, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  • Place lettuce in a large bowl. Add Caesar dressing and toss until well coated.
  • Sprinkle in croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with black pepper and serve immediately.

Notes

Chill the lettuce before serving for extra crispness.
For a full meal, top with grilled chicken, shrimp, or salmon.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
