Ingredients
  

For the dip:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For serving:

  • Celery sticks
  • Tortilla chips
  • Crackers
  • Toasted baguette slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish or small casserole dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, melted butter, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella, and most of the sliced green onions.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, then top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the dip is hot, melted, and bubbling around the edges. For a deeper golden top, broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end, watching closely.
  • Let the dip rest for 5 minutes, then finish with the remaining green onions and serve warm with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
Swap ranch dressing for blue cheese dressing if you want a stronger, classic buffalo flavor.
For a deeper golden top, broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end, watching closely.
