Cracker Topping
Whisk melted butter and milk in a small bowl.
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
Pour the butter mixture evenly over the fillets.
Sprinkle crushed crackers over the fish, pressing lightly to adhere.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until the topping is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
