Ingredients
  

Fish Seasoning

  • 4 cod fillets (6-ounce each)
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder

Cracker Topping

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 30 RITZ Crackers® crushed

Instructions
 

Fish Seasoning

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Season cod fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder, then place them in the prepared dish.
    4 cod fillets (6-ounce each), salt and freshly ground black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon paprika, 0.5 teaspoon onion powder

Cracker Topping

  • Whisk melted butter and milk in a small bowl.
    6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Pour the butter mixture evenly over the fillets.
  • Sprinkle crushed crackers over the fish, pressing lightly to adhere.
    2 tablespoons milk
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until the topping is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Allow fish to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; reheat at 300°F until warmed through.
