Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter for cooking
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning, making sure they're well-coated.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until it sizzles.
  • Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn blackened and are cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
