Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cottage cheese low-fat or full-fat
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce your choice of flavor
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add cooked shredded chicken and BBQ sauce; stir until heated through.
  • In a bowl, layer cottage cheese and top with BBQ chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and serve warm.
