Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
Gradually mix in flour and baking powder until the dough comes together.
Shape the dough into basketballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, keeping an eye out for lightly golden edges.
