  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
  • Spread the grated Gruyère evenly in the center of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle chopped rosemary and minced garlic on top.

  • Fold the pastry over the filling to create a pocket, sealing the edges tightly and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and flaky.

Notes
