  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups apples diced
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Chop the apples into small cubes for quicker cooking.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the apples with cinnamon for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • Layer the cottage cheese and yogurt in a bowl.
  • Top with the cooked apples and sprinkle granola on top.
