1cupcelerytrimmed, strings removed, diced and patted dry

0.5cupwalnutstoasted and chopped

Dressing
In a large bowl, whisk ½ cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper until smooth and glossy.
Add chopped red and green apples, diced celery, halved grapes, toasted walnuts, and dried cranberries. Toss gently until every piece is coated.
