  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for crisping and flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Preparation

  • Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts for even cooking.

Toss and Season

  • In a bowl, mix the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place the sprouts in the basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Serving

  • Plate the sprouts and serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

These Air fryer roast sprouts are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for 3 days in the refrigerator.
For reheating, use the air fryer again for a crispy finish.
