  • 500 g gammon preferably thick-cut
  • 4 large eggs for frying
  • 500 g potatoes cut into fries
  • 50 g butter melted with garlic
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Peel and slice potatoes into fries. Toss with melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the gammon in the air fryer, cooking for 10-12 minutes until crispy on edges.
  • Add seasoned fries to the basket for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
  • In a pan, fry the eggs until the whites set but yolks remain runny.

Notes

Allow gammon to reach room temperature for even cooking. Be cautious of overcooking to prevent dryness. This recipe can be easily scaled up for larger gatherings.
