Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Pound to an even thickness (about 1 inch).
  • Season
  • Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Cook the Chicken
  • Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest and Serve
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing or serving.

  • For extra moisture, brine the chicken in a saltwater solution for 30 minutes before seasoning.
