- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup burger sauce or ketchup & mustard mix
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Add onions and cook until soft.
Stir in chopped pickles and let cool slightly.
Lay out tortillas and spread a spoonful of sauce in the center. Add beef mixture and shredded cheese.
Fold in the sides and roll into tight wraps. Lightly spray the outside with cooking oil.
Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
Don’t overfill the wraps or they may burst open.
You can use ground chicken or plant-based meat instead.
Add jalapeños for a spicy kick or bacon bits for extra flavor.
