Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 slices cooked bacon crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Slice cucumbers thin and pat dry.
  • In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Add cucumbers and toss until evenly coated.
  • Top with shredded cheddar and crispy bacon.
  • Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add red onions or bell peppers.
Use Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
Best enjoyed cold—do not heat.
