Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they start to turn pink, about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Pour honey and soy sauce over the shrimp, stirring to coat. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
