Ingredients
  

  • - 3 tbsp almond flour
  • - 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • - 1 large egg
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • - Pinch of salt
  • - 1 tbsp mixed seeds flax, sesame, or sunflower

Instructions
 

  • Grease a microwave-safe jar or ramekin with a bit of oil or butter.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt into the jar. Mix.
  • Crack in the egg, add olive oil, and stir until smooth.
  • Fold in the mixed seeds for texture and nutrition.
  • Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until the bread rises and sets.
