Description

Ingredients

  • 350g sugar-free marshmallows
  • 80g butter
  • 80g milk powder
  • 60g dried cranberries
  • 80g almonds, chopped
  • 80g freeze-dried strawberries
  • 200g plain biscuits, crushed

Instructions

  • Place a non-stick saucepan over medium-low heat. Melt the butter completely.
  • Add marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Gradually stir in milk powder until well combined and glossy.
  • Remove from heat and quickly mix in the biscuits, cranberries, almonds, and strawberries. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased or parchment-lined dish. Flatten evenly with a spatula.
  • Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for faster setting.
  • Slice into bars or squares and serve.
