Ingredients
- 350g sugar-free marshmallows
- 80g butter
- 80g milk powder
- 60g dried cranberries
- 80g almonds, chopped
- 80g freeze-dried strawberries
- 200g plain biscuits, crushed
Instructions
- Place a non-stick saucepan over medium-low heat. Melt the butter completely.
- Add marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Gradually stir in milk powder until well combined and glossy.
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in the biscuits, cranberries, almonds, and strawberries. Stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased or parchment-lined dish. Flatten evenly with a spatula.
- Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for faster setting.
- Slice into bars or squares and serve.
