Instructions

  • Rest the Dough: Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let it rest for about 12-18 hours at room temperature. The dough should be bubbly and slightly risen by the end of the resting period.
  • Shape the Dough: Once the dough has rested, turn it out onto a floured surface. Gently shape it into a round loaf without kneading.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Prepare the Air Fryer Basket: Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil or line it with parchment paper to prevent the bread from sticking.
  • Place the Dough in the Air Fryer: Carefully transfer the shaped dough into the prepared air fryer basket.
